Consent to receive electronic communications and disclosures for BIX.

E-Sign Consent Notice

This E-Sign Consent Notice ("E-Sign Notice") describes your consent to receive communications and disclosures electronically from Bit1 Ventures S.A. ("Bit1," "BIX," "we," "us," or "our") relating to the BIX platform, including card services (collectively, the "Communications").

By creating an account, using the Services, or selecting electronic delivery options, you consent to electronic Communications as described below.

1) Scope of consent

Your consent applies to all Communications we may provide, including:

• Legal agreements and policy updates.

• Account notices and confirmations.

• Transaction receipts and histories.

• Disclosures related to identity verification and compliance.

• Card-related disclosures, statements, dispute communications, and program notices.

• Security alerts and fraud notifications.

• Customer support communications.

2) Methods of electronic delivery

We may deliver Communications by:

• Posting them in the BIX app or website.

• Sending them to the email address associated with your account.

• Sending them via SMS or push notifications where enabled.

Electronic Communications are considered "in writing" and satisfy any legal requirement that such information be provided in written form.

3) Requesting paper copies

You may request a paper copy of a Communication by contacting [e-mail]. We may charge a reasonable fee to cover printing and mailing costs, where permitted.

4) Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting [e-mail].

Withdrawing consent may:

• Limit or prevent your ability to use the Services.

• Require closure of your account or disabling of card features, if electronic delivery is required for those services.

Withdrawal will apply prospectively and will not affect the legal validity of Communications provided electronically before withdrawal.

5) Updating your contact information

You must keep your email address, phone number, and other contact details up to date. You are responsible for ensuring you can receive and access Communications.

6) Hardware and software requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you need:

• A device with internet access (computer or smartphone).

• A current web browser and/or the latest version of the BIX mobile app.

• An active email account.

• Sufficient storage to save documents.

• PDF viewing software to open PDF documents.

If these requirements change in a way that materially impacts your ability to receive Communications, we will provide notice.

7) Consent confirmation

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• You can access and read Communications electronically.

• You can download or print Communications for your records.

• You consent to receiving Communications electronically as described.
